Jill Stein For President

Today I will cast my vote for President for Dr. Jill Stein.  She is the Green Party candidate and this is the second consecutive election I am voting Green.

I like Barack Obama and he is an overwhelming choice if you’re limited to either him or Mitt Romney.  I’m not.  I refuse to waste my vote on someone who does not share my values and Stein does.  I do not like Obama’s ties to Wall Street and his ineffective Dodd/Frank bill.  His drone wars will make us less safe in the long run.  Gitmo remains open and the indefinite detention law scares the bejesus out of me.  He did little which was effective to help homeowners.  His support for charter schools is a threat to public education.

One never agrees with any candidate on every issue but there’s little with which I disagree with Jill Stein.  She stands for both social and economic justice, for the 99% against the 1%.  She gets my vote.

  1. looking for a good blog to recommend to a friend in your state, and I found this one.

    I can’t recommend it.

    You’re an idiot.

    A self-absorbed, childish, whiny idiot.

Typical Green shit: give me everything i want NOW or I’ll do my best to fuck you over: the beatings will continue until morale improves.

GREENS: Get Republicans Elected Every November, Stupid.

You’re in a BATTLEGROUND STATE. Or did you not get the fucking memo?

A vote for Jill Stein is a vote for Mitt Romney. You may not like that. You may choose not to believe it. But in your state, and several others, it’s true, whether you agree or not.

Consider THAT when you pat yourself on the back for being lefter than me.

    Read this.

    We out.

  2. Such boorish gutter talk is but a sign of a deprived vocabulary and only a further indication of a crank, so typical of the lemming-like hacks found in both major parties.

They typically see their Party’s leader as a near-deity thus, you have this emotional outburst of obscenity directed at anyone who dares to question the sanctity of their sacred icon.

Such “true believers” see one’s analytical reasoning as something close to blasphemy, a phenomenon that was at its very worst with the chain-beating followers of the Ayatolla of some thirty years ago or, for that matter, with the mindless Nazi brownshirts beating up political opponents (and German Jews) in the 1930s.

    It’s the same DNA.
